[cod] localized_code_post_gfx_mp.ff

Hi again,

after short testing it, i would say that this file belongs to the linux 
patch for the sake of completeness. But mostly it's necessary for 
translating the gui of the game on windows machines.

I think there is no special need for the right language version on linux 
boxes.
