pam4 problem?

Hi guys is anyone of you running a Pam4 server with the new patch and dont 
have any problems with it?
Couse on killhouse i get a strange error message:

"weapon index mismatch for 'm16_reflex_mpm16_silencer_mp'

Another thing is if ide like to run a new map on pam4 without 
sniperfix_zzz.iwd ill get

"file sum/name mismatch "

but if i add the sniperfixzzz.iwd to my pam4 folder and start the server 
with it i dont get any error?

Maybe someone got a solution for this problem or also have the same problem?
