Altering weapons in custom maps?

I'm trying to run a server with custom maps. I have downloaded mp_backlot_night but the weapons list is a bit restrictive. Can I alter it?

I've added this to the custom-server.cfg:

But its ignored. The config file is being executed as the name of the server is set correctly. I'm running it with modwarefare mod as that seems to be the only way I can run custom maps?
