Setting above 32 players

Guys,

Very sorry for sending a message to the mailing list that isn't asking where the COD5 binaries are ;)

I'm having a little trouble setting more than 64 players in the start line on a COD 4 linux server.

How does one go about achieving this?

I do recall from memory there's a parameter to set in the start line.
