[cod] COD5 Linux using wine and CLI - My progress so far (not yet working)

I've got GNOME installed on the server. I'm not sure if vnc really needs a
window manager, but I think it does.

That vmware option also looks nice. I think it uses some more resources than
the wine option, but I'm not sure... (and it costs a license)...
