[cod] and the race begins...

Wine is rather, crude. No offense to the Dev's of Wine, but there working
with no documentation from Microsoft, hear say, hacked work rounds and
reverse engineering. The fact Microsoft has a agreement with Novell (a major
Linux player) means that just cross-platforms programs will become more and
more reliable and possible. But doesn't help.

Unfortunately, its not going to be easy to get a Linux build without the
source code.

I would image enough time \ work would make it work on Linux, but at what
cost is the main point. I mean, it crashing mid game, after a 'critical'
update render's it useless. I doubt this sort of thing a GSP can do, maybe a
home user this would be fine.

I only hope is that its going to be like EA - BF2 such as 1.41 where EA made
a Linux build then Multiplay ported it, rather successfully, I might add!
