[cod] COD4 Server Memory Limit

I'm not too familiar with the particulars of setting up a CoD4 server,
hence why I joined the list, but I use OpenVZ (http://www.openvz.org)
for virtualization.  And you can control resources allocated the VE
(virtual environment). It's fairly easy to get going.
