[cod] Startup Problems with 1.3 hotfix files

I uploaded the 1.3hotfix linux files, executed my startup script and nothing happened.
then i tried to execute the cod4_lnxded directly and got following error:

bash: ./cod4_lnxded: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Now i can use the 1.2 linux files, the 1.3 or the 1.3hotfix ones and can't get the server running at all ... :/

I've found some thread, that says the the ^M appears in inux scripts, when you edit them in windows, but i haven't edited my scripts at all.

Coud this error be in the 1.3hotfix linux files?
But why can't i start te server then, when i roll back to 1.3 or 1.2?

what can i do to get this ^M of the /bin/sh?

Regards!
