[cod] status iwd/sum mismatch (map problems)

More likely that they simply _will not_ commit funding for the resources to correct the issue. I'm sure they have the funds if so motivated but with the prevailing corporate attitudes of the 21st century, they simply fail to see the long term benefit of keeping the customer base placated.

After all, just like the others on this list, I am still using their product and as long as the community can come up with "work arounds" to issues, my gaming community will continue to do so. Sad state of affairs really.

IW has already stated that they will not fix this issue. They say they "cannot" fix the problem. I am wondering if it really cannot be fixed (it was in CoD1) or they do not have funding for a new patch. I suspect the latter.
