[cod] which linux distribution for a cod2 gameserver

Think you have the fed numbering mixed, fed 5 is latest cutting edge and
least stable in essence. Centos is a good stable dist following the same
redhat lineage but stable (basically built from redhat enterprise sources,
just no redhat badging).
