[cod] which linux distribution for a cod2 gameserver

Fedora 5 is more like a windows OS than any other, and has "too many"
features that clog it down for server work. It is also not particularly
stable.. remember that Fedora is a community build and so the longer
something has been out the more work and testing has gone into it.
