[cod] Server crash dialog error on restart

Is there a way to emulate this, (i.e emulate a crash if thats how its
happening), as going to be trying a windows one soon and will have a play to
see what we're dealing with (guessing probably won't be able to come up with
a solution if you chaps haven't already though).
