Players exploiting server

I've just seen following in my server's console:

WARNING: Server should have crashed here!
WARNING: Look for console commands player might be exploiting!
WARNING: Server should have crashed here!
WARNING: Look for console commands player might be exploiting!

WARNING: Look for console commands player might be exploiting!

After that, server just hang. I have 1.51b.
