[cod] Players exploiting server

Yup we've had those for ages on a patched cod:uo server, never heard
any comment from Ryan or anyone. I'm not sure if its an actual exploit
or just a bug which raises that alarm that was left in. Servers seem
to crash more at end of maps for what its worth, but might be a red
herring.
