how about for 2 cod servers (1 would be hardly ever used) and also 1 coduo
server?

For a single large server #2 would be best for 2 small servers NOT requiring
large CPU requirements #1 would be better. If your thinking of COD:UO forget
#1 and go for #2 as it would be totally CPU bound on #1.
