[cod] Getting server crashes

Been getting this ourselves as well...this is with latest 22/12
bins/patch, also redone PB from scratch so no old files or anything
odd. We're currently running without PB testing to isolate if it
really is that, or thats a red herring. Currently running stable, but
only been about 24 hrs.

(cod 1.51(b), dual xeon 3g, 2g ram, redhat es3)
