Sorry I didnt include this in the last email, but this is an example
of using tracert:

Trace complete.

You can see in hop 16, I jump from 90 ping to 160 or so,  a
significant jump, but that is from gong overseas.  Try to find a jump
like this from your friends' tracert and it should point to where a
potential problem might be, and if the problem resides in the domains
that your ISP run, there is a possibility you would be able to call
your ISP and report or inquire about problems.  (Good luck though)

But anyway good luck, and if you dont understand this, have them
tracert to your server and paste their results here.
