[cod] [COD2] High PIngs

Hiya, just tried connecting to the server. Pings for me were ~20-50ms which
is fairly normal for my ISP to servers. Others on there were mainly ~50ms
with a few ~100ms. So it seemed fairly normal on first impressions.
Lagometer though showed it quite variable between these values, almost as
though it was being throttled (would raise then go down slowly constantly).
No client settings made any difference. Double check you sv_fps is 20 and
I'd up sv_maxrate to 25000 to test.

I tried connecting to the cod1 server and that was silky smooth, but no one
was on it.

So next question I guess I'd ask is if its 150ms for you, is it 150ms for
"everyone" at that time, maybe it gets worse when server is loaded later on
(is it fine when empty?), or do some people on the server still have lower
pings? Does your ping ever vary at all and is good at some point?
