[cod] +set net_ip

Nope, appended both net_ip and net_port, but still gives me the same
error and starts up on :28961.
My command line is:
./cod_lnxded +set dedicated 2 +exec ded.cfg +set net_ip 69.9.37.131 +set
net_port 28960
I have pb_sv_enable in my .cfg and a map_rotate at the bottom of it.
My ifconfig shows the following:
