Fix for linux server not finding .so files

Could we get a fix for cod not finding game.i386.so for mods
when fs_game <mod> is specified in the next patch.

Basiclly needs to be changed to try the mod dir then fall back to
the core game.i386.so if none is found. An example of this is
HoB.
