[cod] Disable pickups

There are several that will disable pickups.  CoDaM, CKR, and PRM will
disable pickups.  CYGR (releasing soon) will also.

Is it possible to disable the pickup-weapons completely, but only as
Pickup not the weapon itself? Evtl. there is a mod for that... Anyone
