The GUID being zero (0) is a known bug in the 1.2 patch. The problem has
been addressed to infinity ward. In response to an inquiry as to whether or
not IW knew about it, V-Man (at www.udpviper.com) said...
>"Actually, it's been posted several times. Initially, they thought it was
limited to cracked copies of the game. But it has been reported by enough
legit >users that there's no way that's the case."

complain to IW; maybe they'll bust out a fix quicker if you do =?

All:
What makes it (the GUID) show up as zero?
I have only seen this a couple of times and each time it was on a guy I was
about to ban
because he was either cheating, or just had a bad attitude. So...
naturally, I thought I might
build it into my mod that it checks for a 0 and just kicks them, but I
thought I had better
find out why it does that first.... Anyone know?

--snip--
P.s. I know the UDPB-COD Bot does this, but that bot is currently not
working for me as it uses GUID's to distinguish between who is an
"Admin" and who is not. I and some of my Clanmembers always have GUID 0
(as does half of the other users on my server) and therefor everyone
with that GUID has admin-rights.
So I hope you see why that is currently not an option :(
