[cod] Talk through console?

typing say "message" always works.  for example,
say "Vye is the shizzy"
will display Vye is the shizzy in the game as from either the console or
server.

The full answer to this question depends on which version you are running.
In one of the more recent versions (i run 1.2 so im not sure which), it
limits the talking capability to the say command.  Prior to that version,
anything that you typed that was not a command, including intended commands
with typos, was output to the game screen for all to see as though you meant
to say it like that.
