[cod] Call of duty linux server and sv_pure 1

I do believe you must use your complete installation... to include the .dlls
.. they are needed by the linux executables... so dump your complete windows
install onto your server and problem solved.. thanks for clarifying your
last e-mail... I didn't quite read it well enough... ;)
