[braid] Trouble Starting Braid on Debian Lenny

This has been talked about already on the mailing list, but basically
it's this bug report: http://bugzilla.icculus.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4825

One of the extensions uses patented stuff, so it's disabled by
default.  There's a tool you can download to reenable it.  Look
through the bug report or the mailing list, they have the fix in there
somewhere. :)
