[bf1942] BF2 Server and BF2142 Server togehter with BF2cc?

Install mono twice in different directory's:

/opt/mono-1.1.12
/opt/mono-1.1.13

Then start bf2cc with an absolute path:
/opt/mono/1.1.12/bin/mono bf2cc.exe <blah>
