[bf1942] Using sqlite with BF2 in Windows

Thank you, Andreas! At least this means that I am not doing anything
wrong, and the problem is most likely unsolvable. Guess I will just
continue work on my external manager, which will take care of the
SQL-stuff (and more), instead.
