Hate to call you out there, but I'm running a 64 lagless on this and another
64 demo ( just switched to retail yesterday, haven't given it a workout
yet ) on a seperate dual 2.8 Xeon "Nacoda" with affinity restricted to one
virtual CPU. Demo ran GREAT even with voip and everything going, literally

You wont run a 64 player server on a 2.8 Xeon without lag.

You need a much quicker machine, Opteron 248 is about right.
A 2.8 Xeon will just run a 32 player without lag, where as an
Opteron 248 with run a 64 player.
