I would just like to toss in a "Thanks" to Andreas as well... 

I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to be caught between a rock
and a hard place with faceless/nameless corporate management calling the
shots and missing every call.

Steve, your posts are always informative and helpful as well... in all the
admin lists that we both frequent.
