[bf1942] PB lagging game..

This might explain why the ranked servers are so laggy..

What would be really nice is "local" rankings..
But that would screw up EA's profit model.... Wouldn't it/

    So, when we have PB enabled, all the clients lag like crazy. As in, 
    players warping all over the place.. it's horrible (and no, before 7 
    different people ask, it's not a cpu or bandwidth problem - we can turn 
    PB off, and it works fine).
    
    So, anyone have any suggestions for tweaking PB to make it less of an 
    impact? We'd just run with it disabled, but the default in game browser 
    filters include removing servers without PB enabled (stupid) so no-one 
    finds our server..
