[bf1942] ASE filter online

Well QTracker does it by querying the master list with the game and
adding the servers found to their own master list which the QTracker
application later uses to query the servers.  So the list of online
servers can be delayed by up to 24 hours they say. No problem for
dedicated servers, but if someone tosses up a temporary server and
hopes to find it immediately on QTracker they are out of luck.

That is my understanding anyhow.
