Even with products with formal documentation, there's still a lot of 
information lost through the cracks. A lot of open source projects now use 
wiki's to catch that kind of information that normally is found only by 
trolling mailing list archives.

It would be desirable for DICE to release their documentation in wiki form, 
and then users could easily "fill in the blanks".
