[bf1942] Server time limited?

I am getting a 'Failed to join.  Please check your network connections and 
try again' when attempting to join my own server when there are people in 
there.

Any ideas?  No firewall on the server or anything ( I shut it off earlier 
when I thought I had it fixed ).
