[bf1942] all weapons unlocked? EA STATEMENT

To my knowlage, the acclaimed hacker knew what accounts were unlocked
before EA announced it. He knew the ID of the accounts, somthing I
dont think you can even view the account ID in any regular way.

The hacker claimed the account IDs to be from 40mil. to 45mil.
