[bf1942] restart script

There's a Linux binary included (compiled on latest Ubuntu, dynamically 
linked) as well as source code + makefile :)

Sorry, should have mentioned that. Haven't tested it on any BSD OSes but 
would be interested to hear if anyone has any success/failures.
