[bf1942] Demo quality level

My best guess would be the amount of positional data it records, the higher
the quality the more positional data it stores making it more accurate. I
would liken it to skipping frames when encoding video. (that's if I have
grasped the concept on demo's full stop)

Oh and Happy Holidays everyone :)

Demos can be recorded at quality levels 1 through 5. Anyone experimented to
see what changes from one level to another? Presumably it's not graphics,
because demos are server-side, where there's no graphics to be recorded. So
what additional info gets recorded for each increment in "quality"?
