[bf1942] Ranked Server Provider program details

The only reason why I haven't said anything is that I don't feel like I
have much to add. There's really not that much to running ranked
servers, but to address your questions:

- ongoing membership dues
None

- legal agreements that must be signed
An NDA as well as the actual agreement for running servers

- any additional miscellaneous fees
None

- pricing restrictions
Dunno - all our servers are public.

- client access restrictions to servers
Up to 50% of public servers may have client restrictions. And there's
some rule which states that for each ten restricted rented servers,
there must be one public. Or something like that - I haven't bothered
checking into it yet since all our servers are public anyways.

- quality of support including average response time
The dedicated mailinglist offers response the same afternoon (I am in
Europe, and EA are in the US). Quality of response is normally to the
point, but some questions do remain unanswered over longer periods of
time. Whenever someone tells you they will keep you posted, just ignore
them since they won't ;)

Hope this helps!
