I sympathize with you, believe me.  The only thing I can say that may
make you feel slightly better is that you're not alone.  EA not
responding to requests is par for the course because that's the way they
are.  What I find interesting is that none of the ranked server
providers on this list have really said anything of substance either.
That is most interesting indeed.

I fully understand that EA may not be interested in allowing any more
ranked server providers at the moment, but that really doesn't
invalidate my request.  The prudent course of action is to be prepared
for the possibility that EA won't have a freeze on the program forever.
Rather than wait until the last minute, I'd like to investigate the
matter thoroughly ahead of time.

I also understand that I should contact EA sales directly if I want the
"official" party line.  However, as John has pointed out, EA doesn't
always play nicely with others.  That's why I turned to the people on
this list.  Everyone here is usually quite good at disseminating
information in response to requests EA/Dice ignores for whatever reason.
This time seems to be the notable exception.

Am I to believe that there is nobody on this list who is willing to
outline the details of this program?  This is very disappointing to say
the least.
