[bf1942] OT: Doom 3 Linux server

ID server commands and syntax hasn't changed much since Quake 1, they are 
consistent if nothing else. D3 was a decent single player but I can't 
imagine getting requests for it. Now SWBF we *are* getting requests for, 
hope that isn't another 10 weeks away!
