[bf1942] OT: Doom 3 Linux server

It's probably the same format as Quake3 to run a dedicated server:

/pathto/d3ded.x86 (or whatever the name is) +set dedicated 2 +exec
serverconfig.cfg etc etc

That should turn off any video/sound requirements.
