[bf1942] 1.01 Patch Released

I'm noticing however that it's kicking a lot of people, including myself
about 3 times in the last 2 hours.  There's no pb messages at the time,
and the log isn't saying anything about it... can't tell if it's a black
bag ops incompatibility, or a problem with the patch.
