[bf1942] Crazy CPU use with SMP kernels

I'm at 2.6.3-gentoo-r1 SMP kernel and all is correct: empty servers under
1% CPU. 32 bots server, like a full 32 players server, around 30-40% of one
CPU. 100% CPU loading maps in 5-6 seconds.

Gentoo system built from stage 1.
