Windows XML Logging

Peter got the XML logging for the Linux BFV server working great--even
fixing things that are broken in the BF1942 logs. . . I just thought I
would check out logs on the Windows version of the dedicated server to
insure everything was compatible with what the Linux server was now
doing, and. . . Egads!  XML logging on the Windows dedicated server is
totally BROKEN and USELESS!
 
Now that Peter is gone, anyone have any idea how to pass bug information
along to DICE regarding the Windows server?  Do they have something like
Bugzilla somewhere?
