[bf1942] BFVCC & BFVC3 ?

Speaking of bugs, it seems Brandon released a fix for a bunch of stuff I
found wrong in BFVCC.  There seems to be a Gamespy bug though that he cant
fix, and its resulting in BFVCC not showing more than 17 players in his
program.  When it hits 17 players, the client tool shows 0.  Before 17
though, all is good.

I kinda believe him since ALOT of servers are showing 9999 in the browser
that are 16+ players but are indeed up and running.
