BFV - Map change not working

Hi all,

Basically my problem is that a customer's BFV server refuses to change map through BBO or by Remote Console. I'm going to try some debugging tomorrow morning, but in the mean time are there any known issues that may prevent a map change?

There are no errors so I'll just have to test with/without BBO, etc, and run the process through a trace if you guys don't know of any common reason for this not to be working.
