You should not expect bounces like this.  They should not happen. 
That's all there is to it.  Why should there be more to it than that?

Yes, most all web users today are using some kind of spam protection,
whether or not they realize it.  However, very few are using this
not-well-thought-out C/R system.

You should know, as well, the best way to do any kind of mailing list
matching is with the "Mailing-List" or "Return-Path" headers.  The
latter only when the former fails.

I fear we are straying far off topic for this list... there is still
some topicality, though.... any further responses from me will be off
list.
