[bf1942] Server keeps crashing above 30 players

Issues with lag > 28 peeps seem to go away with PB turned off. Worth
trying ;)

Nope.. they are started clean on the command line... Ive tried the bfsmd
hack, but never got it running as it should. ie. i could not kick or
ban.
I will probably run bvsmd whenever that comes out. I will probably never
run that butt ugly system that comes with bfv.
