[bf1942] Linkage changes once again

Hi list

Sorry already if this question may be stupid, as you probably know I'm not
that experienced with linux...

Andreas stated that the next version will not have any static binaries, so
that means actually bf1942 is not working for me (at the moment, I know
Andreas will try something... :).

Currently I have glibc-2.2.4 installed, so my question would be: Is it that
hard to update this? Or do I miss something and there are other things to
update as well?

Please bare with me, I'm coming from the wintendo world... :)
