[bf1942] Linkage changes once again

I can't, however, why not build a test version of 1.5 like this and let us
test.  That way nothing else is changed and perhaps we can do some
development testing for you.

and just to let anyone know, 1.5 has been rock stable under FreeBSD 4.9
release using the latest static build.

bf1942 for linux had a slow and rocky start, but I feel that it has
surpassed the windows version and I'm a very happy server admin and player
;)
