Help pn starting up ...first time with BF1942 server.

Can anyone tell me the best or any good web-site that would have manual
or step by step how to build a linux based bash prompt dedicated server?

We don't run the gui. We just pure server...help please for BF1942.
We don't need any help on linux that isn't our issue just the BF1942
stuff....thx

Seems we find the odd file here and there but not the full
install....hmm
We have purchased a licensed version of BF1942 for legal reason for the
server. 
Do we need some files off the cd?
